The position involves entering and maintaining non-product and product sales orders, providing completed sales orders, purchase orders, and quotes to finance for invoicing, and creating and maintaining a rolling non-product forecast. The role supports new project onboarding by working with the inside sales team to ensure non-product pricing is accurately captured, requesting project numbers, entering non-product sales orders following onboarding, and following up weekly on orders that still require purchase orders. The individual will notify sales when sales orders that do not have purchase orders reach 30 days of aging and work closely with project management, design, finance, and account managers. The role also includes creating and maintaining positive working relationships with these groups, taking meeting minutes, uploading documents to SharePoint, packing and shipping samples, assisting project managers in routing documents and collecting approvals, filing and maintaining records, organizing luncheons for customers, and working on special projects as assigned.
