About The Position

The Project Coordinator role at IQVIA offers a unique opportunity to leverage technical experience while collaborating with healthcare professionals on medical device technology initiatives. This remote position focuses on supporting field service personnel in healthcare facilities, enhancing project management skills, and ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous project management, customer service, or dispatch experience required.
• Experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software/hardware solutions preferred.
• Solid understanding of corporate and service department procedures and policies, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, engaging team leadership for complex issue resolution as needed.
• Ability to work within defined processes and methodologies with minimal supervision.
• Technical experience is a plus; experience with MS Office is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities to ensure project completion on time and in alignment with organizational goals.
• Create and utilize project plans for assigned projects, including clear milestones and task responsibilities.
• Manage the scope of the project, including customer priorities.
• Identify risks to project success proactively and develop effective action plans for resolution.
• Manage and escalate project issues or risks appropriately.
• Manage customer expectations regarding products and services.
• Utilize governance tools (scope documents, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, etc.) to effectively manage all assigned projects.

Benefits

• Potential base pay range of $27.00 - $29.00 per hour, with variations based on qualifications, location, and schedule.
