About The Position

The Project Coordinator at Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of new projects within the Service Operations organization. This role involves managing the onboarding of new service customers, ensuring timely execution of service requests, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Project Coordinator will work closely with customers and internal teams to monitor key performance indicators and ensure project success through effective planning, communication, and resource management.

Requirements

  • College or University diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 years of professional experience in Project Coordination (or similar) roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Smartsheet experience a plus
  • Alignment with the company's values
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management software
  • Familiarity with service operations
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators in service delivery

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Address any project-related issues that arise, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
