About The Position

The Project Coordinator will manage commercial sign projects from initial quote to final completion, acting as a crucial link between customers, the production team, and suppliers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to ensure projects progress smoothly and meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination, project management, customer service, sales, or related fields; experience in the sign industry is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive, professional relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee projects from start to finish, including quoting, scheduling, and final delivery or installation.
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-in requests, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing concerns.
• Collect and organize the necessary details for projects, including customer specifications, site requirements, and design approvals.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or project issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage the procurement and tracking of materials needed to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, project details, and status updates.
• Work closely with sales, design, production, and installation teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evolving products and services.
