As the Project Coordinator, you will provide professional-level research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation of departmental projects typically in one or more of the following areas: Human Resources, Training and Development, Strategic Planning, Administrative Systems, and Office-wide Initiatives. We will count on you to perform comprehensive research and analysis on complex departmental initiatives, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide recommendations to the Office Management team.   • Coordinate and complete assigned projects that may support the needs of administration, human resources, training, and development to support increased organizational communication and leadership
  • Conduct research and analysis for projects by anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies for solutions, and implementing solutions
  • Gather critical information pertinent to projects and propose strategies; recommend the most effective business solution based on current resources and trends; ensure that solutions meet business requirements; develop projects timelines, monitor performance and report on outcomes; forecast and meet established timelines
  • Determine system needs for administrative projects; design implement, and maintain databases, such as performance management, employee recognition, and other systems needed to track and improve employee and organizational performance; develop and monitor metrics and comparative data to promote improved operations
  • Update, implement, maintain, and manage administrative libraries and SharePoint sites; develop manuals and educational materials for staff and leadership team; design and develop communication materials to promote projects and employee events
  • Effectively communicate to cross-functional team members and management; conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings; lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies; support and promote the one team culture; promote employee education by designing and implementing educational materials, learning modules, and videos
  • Remain current on operations, organizational development, and change management techniques; provide recommendations for improvement to enhance systems and services to the Assessor's Office
  • Two years of experience in professional analytics, project management, professional development, implementation/presentation of training programs, or programs that impact large groups of individuals
  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, communication/journalism, organizational management, or a related field
  • A combination of project management or program implementation experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis
