Project Coordinator
About The Position
Entersource is a fiber installation and telecommunications services company supporting large-scale network builds and infrastructure projects. We work with crews, subcontractors, and partners to deliver reliable fiber solutions safely, efficiently, and on schedule. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support fiber installation projects by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication between field teams, project managers, and stakeholders. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping fiber projects organized and moving forward. This role supports day-to-day project operations, documentation, scheduling, and reporting while working closely with project managers and field personnel. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction or telecom environment.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction coordination, or telecom operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
- Ability to work with field teams and adapt to changing priorities
Nice To Haves
- Experience in fiber installation, telecom, utility, or construction environments preferred
- Familiarity with permits, right-of-way, or utility coordination is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules for fiber installation projects and field crews
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
- Communicate with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist with permitting, utility coordination, and documentation tracking
- Support material, equipment, and resource coordination
- Identify schedule conflicts, risks, or delays and escalate as needed
- Support closeout documentation and project handoff
