About The Position

At Infinite Views, the Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring our Project Management processes run seamlessly. This position supports our Project Management team by managing project timelines, streamlining client coordination, and occasionally bridging communication with the Creative Team. As the Project Coordinator, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be instrumental in delivering projects on schedule and to the highest standard. Candidate must be located in AZ or UT.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Responsible For
As an Project Coordinator at Infinite Views, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of creative assets to clients. You will oversee the final quality control process, coordinate deliverables across teams, and support the Project Managers in maintaining a smooth, efficient production and delivery pipeline. Your role will be critical in upholding our standards of excellence and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Assist Project Managers in maintaining project timelines, ensuring all tasks and deliverables meet deadlines.
Coordinate with clients to align expectations, provide status updates, and address any inquiries or feedback.
Track project progress on Monday.com, update task statuses, and flag any delays or dependencies.
Foster communication and alignment between the Project Management and Creative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify and implement organizational improvements to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Assist Project Manager and Creative Team with any other duties assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines effectively.
Experience with Monday.com and proficiency in navigating and updating project management software.
Excellent written communication skills for clear, professional client and team correspondence.
Agency experience preferred; understanding of a fast-paced, client-focused environment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and an ability to work independently in a remote environment.
