About The Position

The Project Coordinator will support the Department of Psychiatry in implementing statewide initiatives to disseminate evidence-based practices across Texas. Working closely with the Program Manager, Project Manager and other team members, this role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering training workshops for behavioral health agencies and managed care organizations serving individuals living with serious mental illness. The coordinator manages learner registration for in-person, virtual, and webinar-based trainings; provides technical and logistical support to participants; and gathers training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts. The position also includes attending workshops across Texas to assist with execution, maintaining continuing education (CEU) documentation, and serving as a liaison with program stakeholders to ensure training success.
