About The Position

The Project Coordinator is skilled in the development of multiple architectural projects from the schematic design phase through completion of construction administration. The incumbent will possess a diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices to help advance a variety of different projects in the firm. Provides full support from the schematic design phase through construction documents on projects of various sizes or in specific areas of medium to large projects Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client’s needs Assists with client and project coordination and presentation materials Attends client meetings and prepares meeting notes May provide technical guidance to less experienced team members

  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Capable of maintaining focus in an open office environment
  • Strong customer service skills for interface with clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills
  • Professionally accredited BArch or MArch degree required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in residential
  • Experienced AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up user
  • Proficient with technical detailing
  • Strong sketch and visualization capabilities

  • Licensure preferred but not required
  • preferably in residential
