We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to become a key part of our dynamic and forward-thinking team. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams to support the facility transition project.
  • Manage overall project scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation aligned with business goals.
  • Support implementation of Quality Management Systems at the new facility.
  • Facilitate transition of labs, resources, and systems across PI, ICTx, and Urology divisions.
  • Collaborate with construction and facility leads for effective transition planning.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder communication initiatives.
  • Track project progress, maintain project documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, metrics, issue logs).
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Promote collaboration and team engagement across business units and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality, process, and regulatory requirements are met during the transition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or Project Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant project coordination or management experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and change management efforts.
  • Familiarity with Quality Systems and regulatory compliance in a facility setting.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role; must be on-site 3+ days/week with full on-site availability during peak transition.
  • Ability to travel between Maple Grove and Minnetonka facilities.
  • Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to manage project constraints and proactively resolve issues.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device) preferred.
  • Change Management certification is a plus.
