About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supervisor, Home Care. In this role, the successful candidate works collaboratively with the Administrator/Director of Patient Services and is responsible and accountable for establishing and maintaining standards, the delivery of patient care, directing and facilitating work performance of all personnel in the agency and maximizes patient outcomes. Serves as a patient care advocate and role model in the performance of direct and indirect patient care and assumes leadership role and function in absence of the Director.
