It is important to us that we provide a great customer experience. Throughout the project, we expect our project coordinators to be in constant communication with the customers, letting them know schedules and reconfirming expectations that sales have laid out. We pride ourselves on quality work, going the extra mile, and leaving the customers' homes and properties cleaner than we found them. The role involves various responsibilities including material take-offs and ordering, customer communication, subcontractor communication and management, in-house employee communication, project scheduling, and quality control. The project coordinator will also be responsible for clearly documented change orders, job site clean-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
