Sound like you? 21GRAMS is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Project Management team. This is an entry-level role designed to be a launchpad into both project management and healthcare advertising. You'll support the day-to-day execution of multi-channel campaigns across a wide range of deliverables-including print, digital, video, and social-while learning how complex creative work gets built, reviewed, and delivered in a fast-paced agency setting. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to move work forward, stay organized, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management team on advertising campaigns across digital, print, and video
  • Track project milestones and maintain timelines, status docs, and deliverable trackers
  • Help route creative assets internally for review and approval (e.g., copy, design, studio)
  • Attend internal meetings and take detailed notes, ensuring action items are captured and followed up on
  • Assist in managing file organization, version control, and documentation across workstreams
  • Monitor task progress and flag timing risks or blockers to the Project Manager
  • Prepare deliverables for internal and external reviews, including MLR submissions
  • Learn and adhere to agency processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in the development of timelines and estimates with the guidance of senior team members
  • Become familiar with the lifecycle of a job, from intake to handoff and launch

Requirements

  • Associate degree required, BS/BA degree in a business/marketing preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 0-2 years of experience (internships or previous agency/marketing experience are a plus)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proactive, have a can-do attitude and be able to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Interest in project management, advertising, marketing, or healthcare
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with project management tools (like Workfront, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) is a plus, but not required
