The Project Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing requisitions, change orders, and invoices associated with projects across multiple platforms. This role involves maintaining, updating, and reporting all financial data related to projects and program development, as well as obtaining necessary financial documentation from project vendors. The Project Coordinator will support project and facility manager teams and other stakeholders, ensuring the completion of all initiated projects and maintaining awareness of potential risks. Regular status reports will be issued regarding work in progress, and the coordinator will obtain approvals for organizational changes and project expenditures. Additional responsibilities include supporting pre-audit exercises, reviewing data quality in client systems, participating in meetings, identifying risks, and ensuring timely project closures.
