This position involves a regular schedule with specific working hours throughout the week, including rotational Saturday shifts. The role requires flexibility to work overtime with little notice and assist in production during high volume periods. The individual will be responsible for completing client tasks, monitoring quality reports, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. The position also includes leadership responsibilities, such as training team members and making operational decisions as needed.

  • Completes client tasks as assigned.
  • Assists in the completion of daily work to ensure all SLAs are met.
  • Monitors quality reports to measure team member performance and communicates any issues to the supervisor.
  • Makes decisions as needed to meet operational constraints.
  • Acts as a leader for the team and others in the division.
  • Trains team members as needed.
  • References work instructions as needed.
  • Attends mandatory meetings and trainings.
  • Works scheduled overtime with minimal notice.
  • Performs other duties as assigned per business needs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to read, write and speak English.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
  • Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and execution skills.
