About The Position

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by managing the final stages of project closure. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to work closely with project managers and maintain accurate project documentation and financial data. This position can be remote for the right candidate/right experience. This position is based at a division of Centerline based in Fontana, CA . This position is a full time in office position. Project Coordinators are crucial for the day-to-day execution, supporting the Project Manager by managing the logistical and administrative backbone, ensuring that plans become reality efficiently and effectively. Expected compensation includes $24.00 to $31.00 per hour and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.

Requirements

  • Must have experience with the following:
  • Experience working directly with Project Managers, tracking project closure activities.
  • Experience maintaining up to date project socumentation, including permits, licenses and as-build drawings.
  • Analyse information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Track and manage outstanding orders and materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the telecom industry and related documentation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Ericsson EU, VZW, AT&T and T Mobile COP a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers to coordinate and track project closure activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, licenses, and as-built drawings.
  • Analyze telecom information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Track and manage outstanding orders and materials.
