Summary Coordinates scheduling, communications, task tracking, and evidence collection for the Vulnerability, Patching, and Hardening program. Ensures remediation events are prepared, stakeholders are informed, and closures are accurately documented for reporting and service level agreement measurement.

Requirements

  • Three or more years coordinating technical operations work in infrastructure, remediation, or service management environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with change scheduling discipline, stakeholder communications, and documentation quality.
  • Comfort working with metrics reporting and service level agreement inputs.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions.
  • Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities.
  • A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospital information technology experience strongly preferred; broader healthcare experience preferred.
  • Certifications desirable: ITIL Foundation, Certified Associate in Project Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate remediation scheduling across engineering teams, maintenance windows, and client stakeholders; confirm readiness, required approvals, and attendance.
  • Track remediation tasks through completion in the service management platform and program trackers; ensure status updates are timely and accurate.
  • Prepare and distribute stakeholder communications including maintenance notifications, change summaries, and completion confirmations.
  • Support Qualys Vulnerability Management reporting coordination by ensuring evidence and validation artifacts are captured for closure.
  • Maintain program documentation including contact lists, runbooks, recurring meeting materials, communications templates, and operational checklists.
  • Support service level agreement reporting by gathering inputs, validating completeness, and maintaining data quality for dashboards and performance reviews.
