The Project Coordinator coordinates Retail Replacement projects from the point of contract through to resolution of post installation service issues. Responsible for coordinating the order entry, purchasing, scheduling, delivery, installation, and recovery of customer orders promptly to ensure that each detail in a customer order is addressed. Works closely with customers, sales consultants, order verifiers, installers, warehouse personnel, delivery personnel, and service coordinators. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Principal DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Scheduling installation of Mountain West products Purchasing products from vendors and our corporate manufacturing facilities Scheduling and releasing the completed product Coordinating delivery of customer orders Managing the recovery process for shortages and damaged products External and internal customer contact Scheduling service appointments Ordering Parts Recording key dates and activities related to a Retail Replacement project Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software applications. Will be expected to develop proficiency in Marvin proprietary software (i.e., PQM, OSC, OMS, etc.). Must be a team player and exhibit a strong desire to learn and promote self-growth. Must be proactive, self-disciplined, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. AA or Technical degree preferred, 0-2 years’ customer service, or general business experience preferred.
