Track and update project documentation such as action trackers, risk registers, RACI matrices, decision logs, and change logs. Facilitate internal project meetings including Kick-Off Meetings, Closeout Meetings, and Lessons Learned sessions. Gather and input data into timekeeping and scheduling systems. Assist in producing status charts and progress reports. Analyze project schedules and performance metrics. Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Maintain and update project templates and documentation. Use MS Project or Planner to manage overall resourcing and task assignments. You’ll have the following skills and experience: Experience in a project coordinator or assistant project manager role, ideally within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project or Planner. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for reporting. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Requirements

  • Experience in a project coordinator or assistant project manager role, ideally within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors.
