About The Position

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to help us move projects forward, support internal teams and ensure a seamless experience across our rep website and ordering system. You'll coordinate small projects, support larger initiatives, follow up with stakeholders and assist with optimizing the digital tools that reps use every day. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on project management skills while working with a collaborative and mission-driven team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program (Business, Project Management, Marketing or related field)
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Love for collaboration and team success

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of web-based platforms or digital systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage small-scale projects from planning through execution
  • Support team leads in organizing and tracking progress on broader initiatives
  • Create, update and maintain project plans and documentation
  • Ensure timelines, tasks and milestones are clearly communicated and met
  • Follow up with stakeholders to track progress and maintain momentum
  • Attend meetings, take notes and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and smooth information flow
  • Assist in managing updates and maintenance for the rep-facing website and ordering portal
  • Work with the team to suggest improvements and enhance the user experience
  • Manage small-to-medium initiatives to drive system optimization in collaboration with the Project Managers
  • Track project progress and provide status updates for leadership
  • Help create regular reports using data from our project management system
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks and escalate when necessary
