About The Position

The Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented and organized individual with a background in Project Management and creation of process/policy documentation. They will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders. Hours: M – F, 7am – 3:30pm. Pay range: $45,000 - $60,000

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or change order management and invoicing as well as experience in construction related project management, is a plus.
  • Professional (PMP) certification and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or Project Manager is a plus but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, management, and clients.
  • Assist with project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop operational process and policy documentation that is coordinated with the project team and operational end users.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.
