Requirements

Associate degree from accredited college preferred.
2+ Customer Service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience to fulfill essential duties of position.
Microsoft Office Suite
Ticketing or Customer Service systems

Intake all inventory requests
Organize, prioritize and schedule inventory reservations and vendor pick-ups
Gather, document and track move details
Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
Identify and expedite escalated requests
