About The Position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting user onboarding within NTI’s internal environment. This role requires strong customer-facing skills, close collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues in coordination with external IT support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable navigating Google Workspace tools, internal software systems, and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal software platforms and systems.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in onboarding and access-related scenarios.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding requests simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude and minimal need for supervision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external IT support resources.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT administration, user onboarding, identity management, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or LDAP environments is strongly preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or higher in IT or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end LDAP onboarding for new users, including account setup, access provisioning, and validation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal staff during the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Coordinate with customer IT support and follow provided guidance to resolve onboarding, access, or synchronization issues.
  • Maintain and update onboarding trackers, reports, and documentation using Google Sheets and internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot common onboarding problems, identify root causes, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, status updates, and process guides.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding onboarding status, timelines, and required actions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and security requirements.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support related to IT onboarding.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
