About The Position

Enterprise Governance (EG) helps BMS deliver innovative medicines to patients by driving effective and rigorous decision making on programs and assets in the BMS drug portfolio, as well as on the underlying strategies for that portfolio. As an integral member of the EG team, the Project Coordinator, Enterprise Governance helps achieve these objectives through support of the EG team and the Product Development & Commercialization (PD&C) framework for program/asset/strategy governance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 5+ years of corporate experience, with at least 2 years of biopharma industry experience; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic and challenging environment, including the management of multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Organizational savvy, integrity, discretion and a high level of professionalism to handle sensitive information and senior leader engagements
  • Demonstrated project management experience; PMP certification a plus
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and superior ability to follow up on tasks
  • Proficiency across basic technology applications (MS Office, SharePoint, SAP, etc.); advanced technical training a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Provide team-wide, cross-forum support, including data compilation, project tracking, stakeholder interface support and staff meeting coordination.
  • Share key project updates and actions while providing insights and recommendations to enable project discussions.
  • Coordinate scheduling of governance meetings with internal SVP and C-suite customers, taking responsibility for securing calendar time with senior leaders.
  • Manage initiatives related to asset and initiative portfolio milestone tracking, including data dashboards
  • Develop and manage the group’s digital collaboration capability, encompassing team collaboration SharePoint sites and stakeholder interfaces.
  • Explore AI and technology-based solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Support Executive Director, Enterprise Governance through administrative duties including meeting scheduling, content management, communications, budget tracking and onboarding new team members.
  • Help maintain norms and standards, including best practices in meeting management and guidance for participants in EG processes.
