About The Position

The Project Coordinator</b> supports the Engineering and Capital Projects team by coordinating project activities, managing procurement tracking</b>, and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project</b>. This role ensures that project deliverables, timelines</b> , and purchasing requirements</b> are aligned, documented, and communicated effectively to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. </p> The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Procurement, Maintenance, Validation, and Quality to support the successful execution of engineering projects in a regulated (FDA, cGMP) environment. </p>

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Project</b>, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of cGMP and FDA regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project schedules using MS Project.
  • Track procurement activities</b>: PRs, POs, quotes, lead times, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and project status reports.
  • Maintain project documentation aligned with cGMP and site procedures.
