  • Organize workflow with agency partners, track milestones, schedule meetings, and process invoices.
  • Ensure all programmatic and administrative activities are completed according to timelines and goals.
  • Develop and refine donor-facing and departmental materials.
  • Handle complex assignments related to revenue and expense expectations, including gift handling.
  • Serve as a liaison for cross-team activities and events with donors and community organizations.
  • Monitor activities to ensure objectives are met and coordinate follow-up activities.
  • Track progress and prepare reports on fundraising activities.
  • Assist in analyzing revenue projections and program strategies.
  • Coordinate submission of materials for leadership meetings and events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three years post-master's or five years post-bachelor's project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM, Raiser's Edge/RENXT, or related fundraising software.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly developed organizational and information management skills.
  • Experience in nonprofit, research, or health care environment with campaign planning or implementation experience.
  • Experience building working relationships with external partners.
  • Experience working with Smartsheet or other project management software such as Asana or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information.
