About The Position
The Project Coordinator for Creative Services at Brigham Young University (BYU) plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and creative services for on-campus performing arts events. This part-time position allows for a flexible schedule while working under the direction of the Creative Services Manager. The coordinator is responsible for creating event programs using Adobe InDesign, coordinating the printing and delivery of materials, and maintaining the production calendar to ensure timely project completion. This role also involves collaboration with faculty and student designers to meet project deadlines and support the overall workflow of the Creative Services team.
