About The Position

As a Project Coordinator Consultant you will make an impact by supporting successful project execution and delivery for a healthcare client coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project coordination PMO support, or project management roles within a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare projects, operations, or IT implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare IT platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or CSM are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project delivery by coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Maintain and continuously improve project documentation, including charters, meeting minutes, status reports, and action logs.
  • Drive alignment and accountability by facilitating stakeholder meetings, capturing decisions, and monitoring follow-up actions.
  • Identify and track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and assist in mitigation planning.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and organizational governance standards.
  • Develop ready executive dashboards, progress summaries, and performance insights for leadership and steering committees.
