The Project Controls Systems Lead is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise project controls platforms. This role serves as the functional and technical bridge between project teams, finance, operations, and IT—ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into scalable, well-designed system solutions. The role combines hands-on system administration, deep project controls expertise, and technical leadership, enabling consistent execution of timekeeping, cost control, forecasting, progress tracking, and reporting processes across the organization. This position plays a critical role in standardization, data quality, user enablement, and system adoption while partnering closely with IT, data teams, and external vendors to design and deliver enhancements that support operational and financial objectives.
