About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Scheduler with mandatory Primavera P6 expertise to develop, manage, and monitor project schedules for industrial fabrication, maintenance, and turnaround projects. The ideal candidate will also have experience with critical-path scheduling and be able to coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and operations personnel to ensure milestones are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong understanding of critical-path method (CPM), resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience in industrial construction, fabrication, or maintenance project scheduling.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in industrial environments and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Build project scope, tasks, dependencies, and milestones; manage critical path, float, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, identify variances, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, procurement, and QA/QC to collect status updates.
• Facilitate schedule reviews, provide reports, and maintain accurate documentation of schedule changes and revisions.
• Identify potential schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support planning for industrial turnarounds and maintenance projects, coordinating resources and logistics.
