Project Controls Engineer
About The Position
The Project Controls Engineer will be responsible for supporting a project management team with the following tasks, including but not limited to: Jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.) Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material Attend project meetings Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts Update project schedules Craft productivity tracking
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficient in learning and applying technical concepts
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook)
- 1 - 2 years' experience in Project Controls or Administrative Support preferred
