As a Senior Project Controls Engineer at Centrus Energy, you’ll be the engine behind project performance—driving cost, schedule, and risk visibility across mission-critical initiatives. You’ll partner with project leaders to keep everything on track, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals, all while mentoring others and shaping best practices along the way. What You Will Do: You’ll lead the development and maintenance of project cost and schedule baselines, using tools like Primavera and Cobra to track performance and forecast outcomes. You’ll drive project reporting by coordinating and leading status updates, analyzing earned value metrics, and identifying risks and opportunities early. In addition, you’ll develop guidelines and desktop procedures, mentor team members on cost and schedule control practices, and support risk management efforts to ensure projects stay aligned with scope, budget, and timelines in a high-performance environment. We’d Love to Hear From People With: Bachelor of science in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or business 8+ twelve years of direct project controls experience Expertise with Primavera scheduling software Expertise with Cobra or similar cost processing tools Advanced knowledge of earned value management Advanced knowledge of cost engineering and cost control principles Advanced knowledge of risk management processes and associated tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.
