Key responsibilities include overseeing integrated master schedules, managing project budgets and cost tracking, implementing earned value management, establishing KPIs and reporting dashboards, and leading risk and change management processes. The Director will also serve as the primary interface with clients and executive leadership, presenting performance updates and ensuring contract compliance. Furthermore, the role involves proposing, implementing, managing, and refining project controls systems and tools, ensuring data consistency and validation across various project management systems.
