We provide solutions to a broad range of customers including the DoD, DHS, IRS, FAA and the Intelligence Community. This position provides support to various DoD customers. This position supports both the Operational side of the house and finance, working directly with Project Directors, Program Managers and the Customer. Responsible for creating and supplying program/financial reports and deliverables to Program Leadership and the Customer including budgets, estimates to complete, monthly spending, invoicing support and tracking, and more.

Requirements

  • Accredited four (4) year degree in applicable field of study
  • Four (4+) plus years of work related experience
  • Experience planning and tracking budgets.
  • Experience forecasting and analyzing data using advanced computations skills.
  • Experience providing financial or resource reports by researching and utilizing data sources to identify needs.
  • Experience assisting with long-term business plans based on financial health and trend analysis.
  • Experience assisting with financial or resource assessments while executing solutions to current and future financial or resource issues.
  • United States citizen, required.
  • All candidates must hold an active DoD Security Clearance or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy while balancing multiple requirements/activities
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, manage, and prioritize individual’s tasks required.
  • Ability to work successfully with technical and project management professionals.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a larger group required.
  • Advanced experience with Excel (pivot tables, named ranges, charts, graphs, conditional formatting, etc) required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams highly desired.
  • Experience with IFS and UltiPro software desired.
  • Standard office equipment such as a computer, copy machine and printer.

Responsibilities

  • Field Proposal support and support for new proposals – historical info, labor trends, material trends
  • WBS Hierarchy created to align with contract and proposal
  • Cost tracking and monitoring to include nonbill review and timesheet reviews
  • Work authorization support
  • Subcontract funding, subk invoice review and cost tracking
  • CDRL preparation and submittal as required by contract including Limitation of funds
  • Review contract documents and modifications
  • Customer invoice review and support
  • Assist in developing cost and progress reports for submittal to customer.
  • Support customer progress reviews and meetings.
  • Create, maintain, and track action item register, as required by project.
  • Forecast preparation and support to finance operations as well as program operations
