We are seeking a Project Controls Analyst (PCA) to support our projects for utility customer in the Rocklin / Sacramento, CA area. In this hybrid role, you will assist with tracking and reporting on project scope, cost, and schedule; support invoice review and basic contract interpretation; and help prepare project reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools. This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 3+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

Support project controls activities including cost tracking, schedule support, data analysis, and reporting
Assist with invoice review, basic contract interpretation, and preparation of project reports and dashboards
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather and validate project data and identify variances
Utilize Excel and other systems to maintain accurate records and perform basic analytics
Work in a hybrid environment with regular on-site meetings in the Rocklin / Sacramento, CA area
