About The Position

Seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist IV (PCS-IV) to provide onsite support at a secure U.S. Government facility in Arlington,VA. This role supports program execution through disciplined project controls, performance tracking, reporting, and schedule management. The ideal candidate has acquisition program and/or Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) experience and demonstrates a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI (required)
  • Experience supporting acquisition programs and/or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to anticipate issues, and drive actions to closure.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; comfortable briefing stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, engaged, and customer-facing demeanor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to tasking and 14 years of general work experience, OR Master’s degree in a field related to tasking and 12 years of general work experience

Responsibilities

  • Track project processes and controls across technical, cost, and schedule dimensions.
  • Analyze impacts (or potential impacts) of missed or inadequate deliverables and KPP attainment.
  • Develop, draft, and present reports and findings to higher-level management.
  • Draft and maintain program documentation supporting project activities.
  • Review and track performance metrics; support continuous improvement actions.
  • Plan and implement actions to define/maintain the technical baseline and meet quality requirements.
  • Direct project team personnel; manage technical, cost, and schedule execution.
  • Ensure contract compliance and serve as a key project interface.
  • Coordinate integration across activities/departments, documentation, accounting, and control functions.
  • Produce programmatic presentations, compile supporting data, and deliver final technical reports/memoranda.
  • Provide developmental support to managers for technical documentation deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedule information (including IMS-related inputs).
  • Review principal technical reports/memoranda for accuracy and completeness prior to release.
  • Perform special projects and other tasks as assigned.
