About The Position

Make key decisions and recommendations impacting overall company controls Quickly identify and report schedule and cost issues Develop and implement project control standards and procedures Assign suitable personnel to support project completion Ensure accuracy and timeliness of planning, forecasting, and reporting. Monitor project progress and report issues to the Project Manager Manage control functions for large or multiple projects Lead and supervise the team, ensuring safety and quality standards Handle staffing, performance management, and personnel development Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 or more years heavy industrial construction cost, budgeting, scheduling, and planning experience; an advanced degree is desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of diversified controls, project management systems, engineering systems, principles and practices plus proven ability, creativity and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems essential.
