About The Position

This is a multi-level posting. Candidates may be considered for any of the posted levels, depending on education, years of experience and depth of expertise. The Project Contract Manager plays a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of contracts for the company’s project development initiatives. This position oversees contract drafting, negotiation, administration and document control for a wide range of project types, including generation additions, equipment procurement, construction, energy storage, EV infrastructure, environmental projects and other strategic initiatives. The role collaborates closely with legal, procurement, vendors and internal business units to ensure accurate commercial terms, policy compliance and timely execution of all contract activities. Additionally, the Project Contract Manager supports RFI/RFP processes, maintains organized contract databases, leads departmental process improvements and provides guidance to enhance contracting capabilities across the organization, requiring strong integrity, communication skills and business acumen.
