Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Quality Assurance (QA) support services for HVAC and Mechanical insulation scopes across Facilities construction, Tool Install, and Base Build projects. Focus on oversight, verification, and documentation to ensure work is executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality expectations. Participate in planned hold points and witness points. Review and validate QA documentation, including checklists, photos, test reports, and certifications. Identify non‑conformances and coordinate resolution through established escalation paths. Support turnover readiness by ensuring QA evidence is complete and accessible. Requirements

  • HVAC and/or Mechanical Insulation systems within construction or industrial environments.
  • Served a 4-year or 5-year apprenticeship training program and is currently a mechanical, state-licensed Journeyman HVAC technician.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and installation standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, or high‑reliability facilities.
  • Familiarity with Micron Facilities standards or Base Build projects.
  • Experience participating in QA audits, inspections, or turnover activities.
  • Knowledge of insulation systems (thermal, acoustic, fireproofing) and HVAC components.
