Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience
College degree in science
experience in DOE, Design FMEA, and other quality programs

Nice To Haves

Experience working on teams for audit preparation
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Microsoft Office proficient
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the customers

Responsibilities

Lead technical support to manufacturing plant to assure product quality and performance
Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to production
Adapt existing DFMEA and set up for new modified products
Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, and processes
Manage product maintenance process independently
Initiate technical presentation from raw material suppliers
Leads TS 16949 Audit for the R&D team
Perform special projects and other assignments as directed by manager
