Requirements

1-3 years of experience in professional working environment
Strong working experience with computer systems
Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient with Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability and willingness to learn new software
Work well with others in a team setting, but also be able to learn and take on new tasks on your own

Responsibilities

Work on a team to create projects in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and populate program details as well as populating with relevant artifacts
Request for new ALM project
Request transfer of Virtual Address Extension (VAX) projects to new VAX cluster
Submit both VAX and ALM project access requests
Submit xClass export classification requests and subsequently label artifacts
Transferring artifacts from network drives to ALM projects
Prepare coordination memos
Update trackers to show overall progress to project completion
Prepare weekly status reports for submission to customers
