About The Position

Across the country, nurse leaders are pursuing Magnet® and Pathway to Excellence® (PTE) designation—milestones that signal national leadership in quality, innovation, and nurse empowerment. These recognitions from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) set a high standard, and while the journey is rigorous, it’s also transformational. At Press Ganey, we are the partner of choice for nurse leaders navigating this journey. Engaged by 97% of Magnet-designated hospitals, we combine deep nursing expertise with industry‑leading data platforms to streamline the Magnet and PTE process, accelerate improvement, and turn organizational aspirations into reality. We are expanding our consulting bench and seeking experienced Project Associates—contracted, project‑based nursing leaders with proven Magnet or PTE expertise—to support health systems in achieving nursing excellence. Why Join Press Ganey’s Nursing Consulting Team?
