About The Position

We are continuously building a pool of talented Customer Service Associates who are open to project-based part-time opportunities. As part of this pool, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers through different communication channels, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Support one of our client accounts with tasks such as phone, chat, and email support, troubleshooting, or order processing.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset with empathy and active listening skills.
  • At least High School (old curriculum), SHS, Associate/Vocational, or College graduate.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and system tools.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle diverse customer situations and resolve concerns effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience (BPO, call center, or other customer-facing roles) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat, and email.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Support tasks such as account assistance, troubleshooting, or order processing (depending on the assigned account).
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and processes to give accurate information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Follow company guidelines and SOPs to deliver consistent service quality.
