Position Summary The Project Assistant plays a critical role in supporting Operations and Project Management teams by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive mindset focused on supporting team and project success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of administrative or related experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • Availability to work weekends with short notice to meet emergency business demands
  • Customer service experience (in person and/or via phone)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project management and operations teams
  • Coordinate project documentation, correspondence, and records
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and data entry
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Support customer service activities, both in person and via phone/email
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
  • Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects as needed
