Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years comparable secretarial and/or administrative experience
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully with a team
  • Ability to represent Company in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Construction industry experience
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English
  • Experience with Viewpoint and/or Procore

Responsibilities

  • Assist project team with subcontractor coordination, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Assist project team with contract administration
  • Assist project team with submittal administration
  • Assist project team with permits and recordation's
  • Assist project team with meeting minutes
  • Coordinate set-up of field office, utilities, and network/IT
  • Provide assistance on bid days as necessary
  • Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, and fielding telephone calls
  • Assist with receptionist duties as assigned
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and forms
