We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our team in delivering successful projects. In this role, you’ll provide essential project coordination and departmental support, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and alignment with key milestones and deliverables. What You'll Do As a Project Assistant, you’ll support project execution and departmental operations through a blend of coordination, analysis, and administrative support:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a Project Assistant Role
  • We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences who are eager to grow, innovate, and contribute to our team’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Project & Systems Coordination: Manage Compass tasks, purchase orders, backlog tracking, documentation, and support order entry and change orders.
  • Reporting & Financials: Generate reports, track expenses, process invoices and receiving , and resolve match holds.
  • Team & Project Support: Assist with claims, warranty issues, and delegated tasks from the Lead Project Manager.
  • Logistics & Administrations: Organize meetings, events, travel, and maintain departmental resour c es and supplies.
  • Mentorship: Train and support junior Project Assistants to foster team development.
