CetraRuddy is seeking an Experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead, along with a Project Manager and under the direction of a Principal, a diverse array of cultural, institutional, and residential projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of the various phases of the design process. You will work directly with clients, overseeing your team's success by managing daily tasks and workflow. Additionally, you will gain in-depth exposure to project budgets, fees, schedules, and staffing, ensuring successful project completion. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals across a comprehensive range of architectural practices. Design & production work will be developed exclusively in Revit. If you are not already proficient in working in Revit, you will need to be eager to learn and quick to adapt. Additionally, you will be expected to be proficient in Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, and Photoshop. It is critical that you are comfortable learning new tools and eager to use them efficiently. This role will be active throughout all phases of design projects, and the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manipulate conceptual ideas and develop them through design into technical solutions. You must have strong curiosity and ambition, show initiative, and demonstrate a desire to learn about and share your knowledge of building systems, materials, and technologies, as well as codes and standards. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail-oriented, and be organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
