About The Position

CetraRuddy is an award-winning global architecture, planning, and interior design firm driven by design excellence and the belief that Architecture Is Home. For four decades, the firm has led with a guiding principle that architecture and design must engage context and enrich the human spirit, seeking opportunities to craft innovative solutions and lead clients on their journeys toward building a new legacy. The firm’s portfolio of work is defined by crafted details, innovative use of materials, and contextual sensitivity across residential, hospitality, educational, cultural, and commercial sectors. CetraRuddy is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a leadership role focused on owning the successful delivery of complex architectural projects, from early design through construction. Working under the direction of a Principal and in close partnership with a Project Architect, you will be responsible for project execution, team leadership, client management, and operational performance. The Project Manager serves as the primary driver of scope, schedule, budget, and staffing, while also maintaining a strong understanding of the design and technical process. You will lead internal teams and consultant coordination, manage client communication, and ensure that design intent is realized within defined constraints. This role offers deep exposure to firm leadership, project economics, and decision-making across all phases of practice. While this is not a pure production role, the successful candidate must be design-literate and technically fluent, able to engage meaningfully with drawings, details, and documentation to guide teams and resolve issues efficiently. Design & production work will be developed exclusively in Revit. If you are not already proficient in working in Revit, you will need to be eager to learn and quick to adapt. Additionally, you will be expected to be proficient in Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, and Photoshop. It is critical that you are comfortable learning new tools and eager to use them efficiently. This role will be active throughout all phases of design projects, and the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manipulate conceptual ideas and develop them through design into technical solutions. You must have strong curiosity and ambition, show initiative, and demonstrate a desire to learn about and share your knowledge of building systems, materials, and technologies, as well as codes and standards. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail-oriented, and be organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. This is a great opportunity for intelligent, design-oriented people committed to excellence. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a hybrid optional working environment on Mondays and Fridays, great colleagues, and an exciting environment with opportunities for professional development within a collaborative team.
