This position directs and oversees all personnel assigned to them and reports to the Facilities Director. This role will be responsible for assuring all projects are completed within the time frame set and budget allowed. As a Project & Training Supervisor, you will create and create and maintain a training schedule and its curriculum for all Maintenance Technicians. Dependent on the site, you will be responsible for scheduling the maintenance, processing of vehicle tags, registration and insurance on all company vehicles, as per company policies. The Project & Training Supervisor will also assist the Facilities Director and the Community Director in all issues concerning the Monthly Consumption report. The Project & Training Supervisor will work with the Facilities Director in accordance with company policy and procedures in onboarding and terminating employees. They will make recommendations for advancement and/or salary changes for employees under his/her direct supervision, counsel staff members and take appropriate disciplinary action where warranted. The Project & Training Supervisor will adhere to all personnel directives and will perform all other responsibilities as assigned by the Facilities Director.
