Project Analyst
About The Position
Monitor engineering compute dashboards to track capacity, utilization, and identify trends or anomalies impacting efficiency. Analyze compute usage data to uncover opportunities for improving resource allocation and utilization across engineering projects. Collaborate with engineering teams and IT to support initiatives that enhance compute efficiency and reduce resource wastage. Assist in preparing reports and recommendations on compute performance metrics and optimization strategies for leadership review. Assists with implementing new and established processes and methods (e.g. tracking tools, schedules, databases, documentation management systems). Coordinates across teams for moderately sized projects to identify and meet needs, communicate progress, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience understanding and working with technical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to proactively track and close out tasks, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to operate in team environments.
- Excel
- Associate's Degree OR High School Diploma, or equivalent, with 2+ years of relevant work experience
